I read some very interesting article and also heard some very true seminars, hence i like to blog them down cause i feel them so useful. Of course those i heard are from top speakers and writer so myself penning it down in my own words maybe it doesn't have the same impact but i believe itz somewhere there....

Well there is a research done in the early 1952, they conducted a research at Yale University(Where is Yale??? I can tell u honestly i dunno... but watz so great??? Well Geroge Bush complete his studies there...and is rated as the top few uni in the world mother earth) They ask all the students there how many of you had ur dreams (or rather future) written down, well not too bad 3% had their dream written down, then many years later they review the survey again.... Amazingly, THE TOTAL INCOME of the 3% that wrote their dreams down comparing to THE TOTAL INCOME 97% that din wrote anything down.... The 3% had won.... that not all.... they won by 3 times which mean 3 ppl is earn 3 times the income of 97 ppl... WTF~!!! O_O Juz becos they wrote their dreams down they plan wat they wan to achieve, they always say <>... Well i assume all will agree right? Well then u belongs to the 97% of majority.... They took a step by goin Yale Uni to study, but the 3% also observe the same theory but they add in a few words <> they achieve their dreams becos they had a target and is working towards it.... and its a chioce they had made..... for the rest they doesn't haf a dream instead they are force by circumstance to achieve watz better for them and force to make it their dream....

Next coming up after the advertisement will be toking about BASTARDS~!!! hahaaa stay tune~!!

Let's see... the income is based on the yearly basis.... O_O hmmm... looking at the table me belonging to the lower range income, i have to work 13 years longer to acheive wat they get a year... hahaaa... but ppl in my shoes.. do u think itz fair ? Many will say itz unfair... bastard right... hate them right... hahaaa if u hate them u are telling urself sub-conciously not to be rich becos u dun wan to be bastard hence u wun succeed... dun underestimate the power of ur sub- concious...

Talking so much, all along ppl are trying to get rich... but the method of doing so ? Do more overtime? Work harder and get reconition from ur boss? Further studies and get a better certification ? Well all these are under a group which everyone had inbuilt on themselves.. VALUES.. everyone has a value, a very good example.... (very similar to the advertisement)

A can of softdrink selling in super market = 70cents...

A can of same softdrink selling at kopitiam = $1.20

The very same softdrink selling at 5 star hotel = $8.00 (The worst thing is there is a +++ ji dan gao)

What i am trying to say is the value of the same thing same taste same everything is different at different location... similar for us human, where we place ourselves in the market determine our values... and the very basic of all company = make money... well which company don't... by becoming a employee of a company = they hire u to make money (and not hire you to blog during working hour~!!!! =.= hahaaa)... hence in order to increase the value in urself... prove to them u can produce more profits.... and placing urself either in a profit producers position(Sales).... cost saving position (accountancy) or a position that can do both (investment).... u can see in a cost saving position thr is still a limit u can do depends on how much the company is spending... so get out of that position if u wan to get more money and jump into the other 2 region~!!!

Well after value ultimatly time is the next factor... seriously this one no nid me to further define right.... but let see... a heart surgeon comparing to a singer, needless to say the heart surgeon earns more then the singer.... BUT if the singer is "like a virgin" Madonna, who do u think earns more then... the very last and most powerful instrument to income enhancer = propagation or rather scalability.... an example of the final instrument is as such.... a surgeon has a very high value becos he save ppl lifes... but he can onli save one life at a time~!!! hence he might be earning a lot... but he onli receive high income from one ppl.... but the Virgin, Madonna, she has a lower value as compared to a surgeon, and she can onli sing a song at a time, but the song is being heard by thousands.... and she onli nids to sing one time record into disc and she earns a lifetime income (hmmm maybe not lifetime... but at least for a period of time) although she earn less then a surgeon... but the scalability of hers is making her earning many small income the very same time~!!

Hence everything is summarize as $$$ = (Value + Time) x Scalabilty cool ya... hahaaa juz something i like to share and i found it so true.... ~!!!!

48 years later

Finally, Singapore made it on the 17th August 2008.... They had got themselves the sliver medal in Beijing 2008~!! Hooray~!! I was very happy and proud in as a matter of fact as a Singaporean.... Well Done Team Singapore.... .

And suppose to post on the lunar 15th July as i had taken some photo on the Chinese "bai bai" on the 15th of the seventh month "Hungary Ghost Festival" and those stuffs that"pang dang" de local company does... hur hur....

The Altar set up by my company... hahaa nv ask them how much they spend sia....

After the boss poke in the incense then itz our time..... hahaaa see that lady over there... that our cleaner, a very cheerful and nice auntie....

One big fire burnt everything... "Kim Zhua" Hell notes ar... gold bar ar.... a lot of things for the welfare of "brothers and sister" comin for holiday...

Hahaaa the lucky number they prayed for.... everyone faster tk a pen write it down.. might be the 1st prize for this week hahaaa...

Looks like itz going to be a hell day for me today, after the struggle to pass my annual IPPT but eventually failed, juz found out that there are the pros and cons on taking IPPT at Safra and Stadiums, well due to confidentiality itz not very convenient to leave down evidence here to wait for trouble come.... well itz known that blog is never a free speech domain where u can blabber nonsense and get away with it, and did haf a few cases that kana one time big one liaoz...

Money no enough 2~!!! I like this series by Jack Neo, well even though the rating isn't tat great but i nv trust rating much for shows, cos they all werid werid de.... Looking at the stats from Golden Horse Awards etc... Top flims are nv nice, and nice flims are SELDOM top, Money not enough 1 with a one star rating the total revenue for the show.... $3 Million..... hahaaaa

For those haven watch or dun intend to watch, all i can say is..... i din slp in the show at all.... not even a bit, hahaaa for those that been to movie with me know i ALWAYS fall asleep in movies show.... in another words, the movie ($ not enuff) amuses me from start till end. I wun say itz exactly a blockbuster flim but i will say itz a exaggerate version of Singaporean, hahaaa itz a roller coaster ride throughout the show, I drop tears and suffer from stomachache due to excessive laughter, my gf drop tears due to the ending part....

Not exactly a very detailed one lar, but juz my personal point of view that i would like to share. 1stly they are trying to prove: Whatz poorer then poor.... when u lose all money then the worst thing u can get is the deny from your loves one.... Due to bills and the downfall of business, 3 well to do son keep pushing their mother to each other, and best part is a bed ridden mother that had been offered prayers by their son not to prolong her life but to end her life faster.... Contradicting but its so true that Singaporean are actually doing that, everyone are so selfish even to their family members a very disappointing sence. Seriously that very thot is that how good if she was insured for her life, such tragic would not had happened.... hai~~

Something to share:

I read an article somewhere and found it kinda true so might wan to share share. Something about man and woman.

It an senario whereby a man is driving a car with his wife to Orchard Road for a party they had been planing for sometimes, eventually they lost their way and the man is trying very hard to find his way then the wife start to navigate and direct the road and the man got very aggitated. Well looking at this situation the man is trying his best to get to the destination his ultimate motive is to bring his wife and enjoy themselves, but right now his wife comes into play and she only tries to help, take note that this action of hers make him feel likewise at that moment as he did not ask for help, any help right now will be stepping at his ego telling him that he cant do anything right without help.

So this is telling us when man is doing something dun offer help unless he asked for one.

Another senario is a woman came home very unhappy with her work, reason being is that her colleague bad words her and she came back and started complainting to her man, ended up the man told her not to get too worried about that as itz something that is not within our means, then the woman juz get so flared up and upset that she said the man doesn't know whats happening while the fact is the man is juz giving his view as he thot she needed one. As a matter of fact the woman also know itz not within her means to stop other from bad mouthing her, she only needs someone to console her and listen to her, any comment given is juz bullshit as she wan ppl to agree with her at that times.

Hence this is telling us when woman wan a listening ear.... man juz listen and keep quiet and agree.... hahaaa
